Sponsorship
Details
- Email blast - The
audience for our events is over 4,000 and each one
requested to be notified of AWT events. Your
logo and or link will be included on each email.
We send a minimum of 2 emails per event.
- Signage - Your sign or banner will
be displayed at an event (up to 6' x 3' x 2').
- Goodie bags - We create goodie bags
for our event attendees and we will include in each one your marketing
brochure and or novelty (pen, big clip, writing pad, coupon, etc.)

Sponsorship and Underwriting Opportunities
- In-kind Items -
donation for an event (Items can be from your organization or
another e.g. gift baskets, memberships, framed pictures,
theatre/sports tickets, spa packages, electronics, gift
cards, etc.)
- Auction Item - donation of auction items
- Location Sponsor - meeting space/location, AV resources, etc.
- Tabletop Sponsor
- Email Sponsor
- Food and Beverage Sponsor -
